• Ms. Sushma Rajgaria, brings with her more than 15 years of experience in accounting, assurance, valuation and statutory compliances. She heads the Accounting, Advisory and Taxation divisions.
• Prior to floating Rajgaria & Co., Sushma was a partner in a leading Chartered Accountancy firm in Bangalore.
• She is a graduate in Commerce and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been a meritorious student throughout her academic life and undertakes each assignment with the same zeal, passion and dedication as the first one.
• Her areas of interest include Business Valuations, Cross Border Transactions, Tax Planning and Investment Strategies. In spare time also likes reading finance and current affairs related articles and magazines.

• Manoj is a Chartered Accountant with service industry experience of over 17 years with versatile experience in Operations Management, Accounts Payable, Order to cash, Record-to-Report.
• Manoj was with IBM BPO division handling P2P, R2R, O2C and Procurement of world's 3rd largest retail company having a turnover of over $70B. He was responsible for Hiring, training, delivery, implementation of new tools, governance model and value add for the client. He focuses on range from strengthening compliance and processes in line with Sarbanes Oxley, adapting corporate governance practices, implementing enterprise-wide value based accounting.
• He has more than 15 years in financial management and has spent most of his career in services outsourcing. Creating Desk top procedure's, training manuals, ensuring adequate training is provided to the team, process map's, Process re-engineering, identifying NVA's and correcting the process have been his highlights. He was an integral part of the finance team of the client, thereby advising the best way of putting across the process, so that they are compliant to the laws.

• Smita heads the Secretarial Services Division and specializes in providing end to end advisory services pertaining to secretarial and regulatory compliances. Her areas of interest include Corporate Governance, Companies Act and Foreign Exchange Management act.
• She is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She also has a Post membership qualification in Corporate Governance offered by the ICSI exclusive to its members.
• She has gained substantial experience and knowledge stretching over the provisions of Companies Act, LLP Act and Foreign Exchange Management Act and co-authored few books on the subject.
